1) Environmental and Biomaterial Sciences:
- Accredited in English
- Accreditation granted in 2024
DA key feature of this PhD program is the internationalization of both teaching and teaching staff. The program is run in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems IKTS, Dresden. A specific characteristic is the inclusion of international lecturers with outstanding research achievements and an internationally composed subject-area board.

2) Environmental Chemistry and Technology:
- Accreditation granted in 2019 for a period of 10 years
Dissertations in this program are primarily focused on two priority areas: environmental analytical chemistry and advanced technologies for environmental protection.

3) Applied Nanotechnology:
The program focuses on both theoretical knowledge and practical preparation of nanomaterials in four specialization areas:
- Physical methods for nanomaterial preparation
- Chemical methods for nanomaterial preparation
- Bionanotechnologies focused on biosensor development
- Computational nanomaterial design
